The Biennial Plan serves as the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council’s strategy to meet the needs of the seven-county, four tribal nation Arrowhead Region. The Biennial Plan was informed by the input of over 200 respondents from the Region’s arts and culture community through a Needs Assessment Survey and other data collected throughout the previous biennium.
