The 2023 Artcar Beach Bash cohosted by Silver Bay Shuttle Service, Black Beach Inn (AmericInn) and Black Beach Mini Golf will take place in Silver Bay, MN at Black Beach.
What's an Artcar? An artcar is a vehicle, transformed into a work of art. Artists paint and/or attach objects to their cars, usually with a theme in mind. Not many people have seen them, unless they are living in a metropolitan area, so this is an exciting new event for the North Shore!

Artcar artists are just as interesting as their cars, oftentimes wearing costume pieces, entertaining audience with tricks, playing funky instruments, facepainting or selling artworks from the trunk of their cars!

On Saturday, August 19, the artcars will line up in the grassy area alongside the mini golf course on Highway 61, attracting tourists driving up the shore. This FREE event can be seen from miles down the road, with eye-catching signage and the brilliant artcars ahead. Rain or shine, the artcars can be enjoyed by all!

The 2023 ArtCar Beach Bash is blessed to be funded by a grant through Lovin’ Lake County.
