Cycle is a month-long art show taking place in October at the gallery in Zeitgeist. The paintings, by Alexa Carson, will depict an unveiling of the menstrual cycle– telling a new story of symbolism, surreal imagery, and realistic content. The show is an invitation into a new paradigm– one that does not shame women for their bodies cyclical nature, but rather, embraces the cycle as a power and a strength.
