MacRostie Art Center’s annual summer art fair is a community celebration of art and creativity! Admission to the event is free and the public is encouraged to attend.

DOWNTOWN ART FAIR

Saturday, July 8, 2023 | 9 am - 4 pm

Old Central School Grounds | Downtown Grand Rapids

ART, MUSIC, AND FOOD
Over thirty regional artist vendors will be open from 9 am to 4 pm displaying and selling artwork including painting, glass, woodworking, pottery, jewelry, photography, and more. Bobcats Lunchbox and Borealis Creamery food trucks will be on site with tasty treats all day, and live music performances include the jazz guitar duo Sam Miltich and Briand Morrison from 10 am - 12 pm and the bluegrass/folk/swing sounds of LaPlant Road from 1 - 3 pm.

HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES AND GAMES
Art Fair patrons of all ages are invited to celebrate their creativity under the MAC tent with free hands-on activities throughout the day. Stop by between 10 am and 2 pm for free hands-on activities with MAC art instructors. No art experience or pre-registration is necessary. The event will also include lawn games, chess, and more family-friendly activities.

ART RAFFLE
An art raffle benefiting the work of MacRostie Art Center will be held under the MAC tent throughout the day. $5 raffle tickets can be purchased in advance at MacRostie Art Center or at the Art Fair on July 8 for a chance to win. A list of prizes will be announced in May 2023.
