About Jessica:
Jessica Karp is an attorney in Maslon’s Corporate & Securities Group assisting clients in general corporate law, nonprofit formation, contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. Jessica graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Jessica earned her master’s degree from Georgetown University in art and museum studies, studying for a semester at Sotheby's Institute of Arts in London. She gained valuable experience as a museum collections and exhibitions manager and as a grant writer—work that has given her unique insight into the management of nonprofits.
