Enroll for 2018 MNsure Health Insurance Today

MNsure is an online marketplace where individuals, families, and small businesses in Minnesota can compare and choose health insurance plans. Make sure you’re covered by a health insurance plan for 2018!

Open enrollment runs from November 1st, 2017 until January 14th, 2018.

Enroll by December 20th, 2017 for coverage that begins January 1st, 2018.

If you enroll in a plan between December 21st, 2017 and January 14th, 2018, coverage will begin on February 1st, 2018.
