Seeking actors, dancers, & dancers who act.
Performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, body types, abilities, and performance styles (dance line, drag, burlesque, strictly actors, etc) are highly encouraged to audition. Seeking performers age 21 and up.

AUDITIONS:
Auditions will be held at Zeitgeist Arts in the theater. Those auditioning only need to attend one of the two days & only one of the two dance audition times (6pm: Dance Audition or 7pm: Movement Audition). For the 6pm Dance Audition, please come prepared to learn a fast-paced jazz combination. For the 7pm Movement Audition, be prepared to learn a fun "cha cha slide" type combination. Following the dance & movement auditions, sides will be given out to read. Please bring a headshot and resume, if you have them.

ABOUT:
DANCE TV is a live theatrical production that takes you behind the scenes and into the lives of the cast and crew of the number one show on the planet, DANCE TV. When cameras are rolling, the characters perform over the top production numbers, reveal the countdown of the latest hits and share all the hottest gossip… but when they break for commercial, the backstage comedy, chaos, and relationships all come out. All are welcome to this party!

*If you are planning on auditioning for Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein at The Duluth Playhouse, we will be working around their show & rehearsal schedule for certain roles so that they don’t conflict.
